The service

W/ SEC monitors public SEC EDGAR filings and provides alerts, automated analysis, and portfolio-level tracking tools. The service is provided "as is," and filing analysis may contain errors — always verify against the original SEC filing (linked from every report).

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service (e.g., excessive automated scraping).

Subscriptions & billing
